"Irem's care for our pets has been impeccable. It was the first time we left them alone for a week and we were a little scared of how they would behave. But Irem made everything easy and also was not informed at all times every time he went to visit during those days. The confidence we had in Irem made us enjoy the holidays. "Natalia took great care of my three cats while I was enjoying a nearly week-long stay in Paris. So, based on my experience, I would definitely hire her again and/or recommend her cat-sitting service. One of my cats, which is very anxious around new people, approached Natalia within the first half-hour. This had never happened before, so the lady seems to have some good vibes ;) We worked with a checklist (to minimize the chances of forgetting things) and had an emergency plan in place. I have two cats' robot toilets (LavvieBot and LitterRobot 3 Connect), and Natalia managed to deal with them as well. When I was away, Natalia had regular interactive playtime with the cats and let them onto the terrace. What I really liked and enjoyed a lot were the daily photo and video updates. I could see that the cats were satisfied. Because of Natalia's caring attitude, responsible approach, and kind communication style (good English), I could relax on my holiday. Thank you, Natalia! "
