Trotz der kurzfristigen Anfrage hat alles super unkompliziert geklappt. Schon beim Kennenlernen hatten wir direkt ein richtig gutes Gefühl und wussten: Luna ist hier in guten Händen. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die regelmäßigen Updates und Fotos – so wussten wir immer, dass es ihr gut geht.
Ein kleines Highlight: Luna hat in der Zeit sogar neue Hundefreunde gefunden 😊 Auf den Bildern hat man richtig gesehen, wie wohl sie sich fühlt und wie entspannt sie unterwegs war – das spricht einfach für sich.
Man merkt definitiv, dass Eileen mit viel Herz und Erfahrung betreut. Deshalb würden wir Luna jederzeit wieder bei ihr betreuen lassen und können es nur weiterempfehlen! "

Besonders beeindruckt hat uns ihre gute Kommunikation – sie schickte regelmäßig Updates, die uns halfen, sorgenfrei auf Reisen zu sein.
Was Franziska wirklich auszeichnet, ist ihre Flexibilität und ihr echtes Herz für Tiere. Sie war super unkompliziert bei den Bring- und Abholzeiten und passte sich problemlos an unsere Umstände an. Vor allem aber behandelte sie Pepe mit genau der Liebe und dem Respekt, die man sich immer wünscht . Man merkt einfach, dass ihre Leidenschaft für die Tierpflege echt ist.

"I couldn’t be happier with the care that Praveen and Roja gave to my dog Vainilla during 5 days!! They were amazing—attentive, kind, and clearly have a natural way with animals. "Volker was absolutely amazing with Punto, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter. From the very beginning, he was extremely kind, sincere, flexible, and trustworthy, and it was clear that he genuinely loves dogs.
During Punto’s stay, Volker kept me constantly updated with lots of pictures, videos, and messages, which gave me so much peace of mind. I could really see that Punto was happy, comfortable, and being treated with so much care and attention.
It honestly felt like Punto was staying with family. Volker took the time to play with him, go on walks, and make sure he felt safe and loved. When I picked Punto up, he looked relaxed and truly well taken care of.

"Marcella took excellent care of Mila. We were a bit nervous since it was the first time we had left her with someone, and Mila is a rescue dog with some anxiety. However, they hit it off right away! Marcella even helped Mila with her trust issues, which made us feel at ease. We were able to enjoy our holiday, knowing that Mila was having a great time and was well cared for. Marcella also sent us regular updates and pictures of Mila, which was both reassuring and heartwarming to see!"
