"Naz watched our dog Silky for 5 days while we traveled. Her love and care for Silky was apparent from the moment they met and the day I picked her up. It was so reassuring to see the pictures she sent of their time together, and you can tell from every picture that Silky was being treated like a beloved family member :) What more could you want from a pet sitter? "We were so nervous about leaving our shelter dog with a sitter for the first time: worried that he would think he had been abandoned again. :-( Helena was so kind and understanding about it this and from the beginning promised to show him lots of love. She even let us do a short 2 hour meeting the day before so he could be introduced to her. This meant that on the day we were leaving him with her he was already wiggling with excitement when he saw (and remembered!) his new friend. Communication was excellent, and Helena and her boyfriend treated our boy with so much love, affection and care, catering to his friendly and puppy-like nature. We are so grateful to have found such a kind and compassionate sitter for our little man: thank you Helena! 100% recommended as pet sitter ❤️ xx"

"The minute you meet Begüm you will realize she loves animals. She is one of the sweetest people you can ever meet. She met with me beforehand to discuss the stay and get to know my dog. She sent me pictures/videos of my dog, where I could also tell my dog was enjoying his time with her as well. The communication was excellent we hope to see her in the future as well 😊"

She took care of him, noticed every little thing that happened to him, was aware to his fillings and behavior.
We have received updates and pictures every day, so we really knew how he was doing.
Shira accepted Scott’s issues, as being an old dog, and was really calm and kind.
We would like to thank her and her family for the great help and letting us travel knowing our dog is in the best loving hands and hearts.
