"Emi was the best. As soon as we dropped Fico off and saw him get aquatinted with Emi and the space she had created for her pet sit animals we felt at ease. Emi is a sting communicator and updates regularly on your pets needs and we enjoyed receiving pictures of her spending time with our boy, who looked very calm and happy. There were a lot of things for Fico to do in Emi's apartment and we couldn't recommend Emi more as a pet sitter. Thanks, Emi for being a wonderful human and friend to Fico. "

"If I could leave more stars, I’d give them 10! ⭐️ Norman and Sofia took care of Nala as if she were their own dog. Communication was excellent, they sent us daily updates and photos and kept us in the loop about everything that was going on.
Most importantly, Nala was genuinely happy and clearly enjoyed her time with them, which meant so much to us. We felt completely comfortable knowing she was in such good hands. I can highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone they can truly trust with their dog! ❤️"

"Wir sind Erika sehr dankbar für ihre liebevolle Betreuung unserer Hündin Sara. Während der gesamten Zeit hat sie uns regelmäßig Fotos geschickt und geschrieben, wie es den beiden geht – das hat uns viel Ruhe und Vertrauen gegeben.Besonders schön war zu sehen, dass Sara sich bei Erika wie zu Hause gefühlt hat. Obwohl unsere Hündin besondere Pflege benötigt, hat Erika alles wunderbar gemeistert und sich mit viel Aufmerksamkeit, Geduld und echter Fürsorge um sie gekümmert. Sara hat sie sehr ins Herz geschlossen, und das haben wir sofort gemerkt, als wir sie wieder abgeholt haben.

"We had a great experience with Rebecca and Tijs! Despite a very last minute booking they were very flexible and arranged for us to meet beforehand to get to know each other. They were very kind, accommodating and took good care of our dog. Communication was very easy, we were getting nice daily updates with photos, and our little one was treated like a princess. We left our two cats (a boy and a girl) with Mounica for 10 days while we were on holiday, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Beforehand, we met up to see her apartment and introduce ourselves, and right away we felt at ease. She was very kind, communicative, and clearly a true animal lover—our cats warmed up to her quickly, and we could see how excited she was to welcome them.
Drop-off went very smoothly: we let the cats out of their carrier, gave them lunch, and they were free to explore and get comfortable in their temporary home. While we were away, Mounica kept us updated regularly with messages, photos, and videos. It was wonderful to see them relaxed, playing, and clearly being well cared for—it gave us so much peace of mind.
When we picked them up, both cats were calm, clean, well-fed, and happy. They settled back into our home easily, which says a lot about how well they were treated.
We highly recommend Mounica to anyone looking for a caring, responsible, and trustworthy cat sitter. We’ll definitely reach out to her again in the future."

"Großartiger und liebevoller Hundesitter – absolut empfehlenswert!
Henri hat zehn Tage lang auf unsere 12-jährige Dalmatiner-Dame aufgepasst und wir könnten nicht glücklicher mit seiner Betreuung sein. Er war von der ersten Minute an absolut zuverlässig, aufmerksam und unglaublich liebevoll im Umgang mit unserer Seniorin.
Besonders die Kommunikation und sein freundliches Wesen waren exzellent. Auch wenn wir weit weg im Urlaub waren, hatten wir zu jedem Zeitpunkt das sichere Gefühl, dass es unserem Hund bei Henri hervorragend geht. Dank seiner regelmäßigen Updates konnten wir unsere Auszeit vollkommen entspannt genießen.
Wir sind Henri riesig dankbar für die tolle Pflege und werden ihn definitiv jederzeit wieder buchen. Wer einen einfühlsamen und pflichtbewussten Sitter sucht, ist bei ihm in den besten Händen!"

"5 out of 5 stars. Definitely recommend.
Andreas and his partner were amazing.
Their house is large and spacious. As well as their hearts.
They exceeded expectations in all areas. They always showed during communication what would be the best for Melody to make her stay more. In all every way.
Half way through the holiday we were on, we joked how Andreas was trying to steal our dog by spoiling her so much. It was adorable and we knew Melody was in such good hands.
For both drop off and pick up, Andreas was there at our time of choosing. He really made life so easy for us.
Would highly recommend Andreas to everyone, though will admit I do want to keep him to myself, but cannot deprive such an amazing sitter to anyone.
P.S. his partner Niki does amazing photos and really helps you know that your dog is happy and in excellent hands.

"I couldn’t find better! I used to work as wildlife animal rescuer which also included many difficult medical and behavioral cases including dogs and cats. I have quite a lot of experience in working with animals and people and to my judgement based on my previous experiences Alexandra and her husband are the most warm, accommodating and competent people I could find on this app to take care of my dog. I’m an owner of medically complex, reactive and traumatized dog that fled the war and was born homeless on the streets of Ukraine. This was my first time finding a petsitter for my girl and I was really anxious about it due to fact that taking care of my dog is just simply a challenge on many levels. Before booking the service I spoke to Alexandra and provided her all the essential info about my dog to let her decide if they want to take care of my dog. After booking we met for a short talk. I felt really accommodated and I became sure that I found the right people. Alexandra was willing to take every extra steps to prepare for taking my dog like having a short walk, feeding my dog with me, making sure medical instructions are understood well etc. After I left Runa I was getting pictures of my dog a few times a day with lovely messages and observations that only experienced animal caretaker can make. Even though my dog is rather anxious one, on the pictures I received I noticed that my girl was mostly relaxing and resting so I know she was in the right hands. I would also like to mention that Alexandra’s flat is extremely well taken care of, very clean and just lovely so I was sure that my dog is safe. The couple is really warm and pleasant to be around and I could really recognize that they both love animals. Also I want to mention that they’re both extremely considerate and asked the right questions all the time. I was quite insecure about the complexity of the challenge that my dog is but both made me feel sure that my dog isn’t that difficult and Runa was treated with proper care and love. After picking my dog I noticed that the experience didn’t affect my dog negatively at all. I also received a lovely instax photo of Runa which is a sweet memory for me. I will definetly book Alexandra again and I would like to recommend the couple with all my heart 🤍"

"Sophie was the best that could have happened to us when we needed care for our Timmy. We are so grateful to her and her husband! They both devotedly and lovingly looked after Timmy for two weeks and gave him a wonderful time. He felt at home in no time at all.
