"Wenn es Melanie noch nicht gäbe, man müsste sie glatt erfinden 😊! Wir waren auf der Suche nach einer fürsorglichen Urlaubsbetreuung für unseren Sykes. Sykes ist ein mit viel Energie ausgestatteter Jack Russel, der neben Bewegung aber auch eine große Portion Zuneigung benötigt. In einer Hundepension wollten wir ihn nicht versorgt sehen. Zwingerhaltung und nur zeitlich begrenzte Ansprache unseres Hundes schlossen wir definitiv aus. Wir hofften stattdessen auf eine liebevolle Unterbringung mit Familienanschluss. Bei Melanie wurden wir fündig! Nachdem wir im Chat ein sehr positives Bauchgefühl feststellten, vereinbarten wir mit Melanie ein Kennenlerntreffen. Bei diesem Treffen war sofort klar: ein absoluter Volltreffer! Wir wussten, dass bei Melanie all unsere Wünsche für die sehr gute Urlaubsunterbringung in Erfüllung gehen würden! Melanie hat sowohl sehr ausgeprägte Erfahrungen mit Hunden als auch ein sooooo großes Herz! Auf ihr Angebot, dass sie auch regelmäßig während des Urlaubs Fotos schicken könne, gingen wir natürlich sofort ein. Sykes hat uns im Urlaub zwar gefehlt, aber wir konnten völlig entspannen, weil wir ihn bei Melanie in den allerbesten Händen wußten und regelmäßige Updates bekamen! Es hat von A bis Z alles reibungslos funktioniert, besser hätte es definitiv nicht sein können. Wer seinen Vierbeiner sehr gut betreuen lassen möchte, ist bei Melanie goldrichtig – eindeutig 100 von 100 Punkten! Ein ganz herzliches DANKE an Melanie!!! Fühl dich von uns gedrückt!"

"I couldn’t have asked for a better person to take care of Dolly! She was incredibly kind, responsible, and caring. She kept me updated regularly with photos and videos, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. It was clear that Dolly was very well looked after and received lots of attention and love.

"Jorgelina was an absolute lifesaver. She stepped in last minute after my original sitter fell through, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Daisy clearly enjoyed her time with her - she was happy, relaxed, and well cared for. "Flo hat eine gute Bindung zu Becky aufgebaut – von dem Moment an, als wir sie bei ihm ließen, bis zu ihrer Abholung. Das hat uns sehr viel bedeutet.
Die Kommunikation mit Flo war stets unkompliziert und schnell; er war immer für Treffen zum Kennenlernen verfügbar und schickte uns zudem regelmäßig Nachrichten und Fotos von unserer Becky.
Unsere Hündin kam glücklich und gesund zu uns zurück.
Wenn wir das nächste Mal eine Betreuung brauchen, werden wir uns zweifellos wieder an Flo wenden."

"We had a really great experience with Eleonora! 🤍 She took wonderful care of Odin throughout the weekend, and I felt completely comfortable knowing he was in good hands.
She was kind, attentive and easy to communicate with, and Odin seemed very happy and relaxed with her. Everything went smoothly, and I was really happy with the whole experience.
I would absolutely trust her with Odin again and would happily bring him back in the future. 🐾🤍 Highly recommend!

"Tainary hat sich 2 Wochen um meine 2 Hunde liebevoll und zuverlässig gekümmert. Sie ist eine sehr herzliche und liebevolle Person, die Tiere liebt. Durch ihre offene und herzliche Art haben sich meine Hunde schnell an sie gewöhnt und hatten viel Spaß. "Sabrina and Jochen watched my cat for one week. A few days before, we had a video call so I could communicate my cat’s weird quirks to them. When I dropped her off, they gave me a cup of coffee and invited me to sit for a bit so that the cat would see I was comfortable there and make the transition easier. It worked. In 2 days she was sleeping on the couch with them. Their home was clean and quiet—perfect for my shy cat. Sabrina communicated quickly and clearly with me before and during the stay, and sent photos of my cat everyday. I highly recommend them and will plan to use Sabrina and Jochen again as my cat sitters."

"Courtney took very good care of our dog,Amie, for two nights.
From the beginning, communication was smooth and reassuring, which made us feel confident leaving our pet with her.
Amie was well looked after, happy, and comfortable when we returned home. It was clear that plenty of attention, care, and affection were given during the stay. We also appreciated the updates and photos, which gave us peace of mind while we were away.
