Hi! My name is Leopoldo, I’m 31 years old and I live in Hamburg. I’ve always enjoyed being around animals and spending time outdoors, and taking care of pets is something that feels very natural to me. I’m a calm, patient and responsible person.

Honestly, I could easily imagine myself doing this full time because I truly enjoy the company of animals and the routines that come with caring for them. At the same time, I really love my profession as a mechanical engineer and I’m currently preparing for a Master’s degree, so being able to help people with their pets while doing something I truly enjoy feels like a perfect win-win.

I’ve had pets my whole life and I’ve also spent time around farm animals, so being around different kinds of them has always been part of my life. One of my dogs even had epilepsy, so I understand the importance of attention, routines and staying calm in more delicate situations. With me, pets receive attention and a safe environment where they are properly cared for.

I’m available for walks, feeding visits and overnight care at the owner’s home. Walks are usually between 30 minutes and 1 hour and 30 minutes depending on the pet’s needs. The price shown in the app corresponds to the standard 30-minute walk, but longer walks and specific routines can always be discussed beforehand.

I normally prefer not to care for more than four pets at the same time unless they are already a well-established group. During overnight stays, one of my priorities is making sure pets do not feel separation anxiety while also taking care of everything required for their routine and wellbeing.

I believe caring for pets in their own environment helps maintain their usual routines and avoids the need to adapt to a different place. My availability is flexible after coordinating beforehand, but I’m normally available every day. I also maintain active communication with owners through messages and photos during the care period.
