Hello! My name is Carolina, I’m 31 years old, and I’m currently offering pet care services in Hamburg and the surrounding areas. I’m also happy to travel, so distance is never a problem for me.

A little about me: I’m originally from Chile and recently moved to Germany. Animals have always been a very important part of my life.

Back home, I have four rescued cats and one rescue dog, all of whom are beloved members of my family. Unfortunately, responsible pet ownership is still a challenge in many parts of my country, so throughout my life I’ve rescued and cared for many cats, helping them find safety, love, and a better life.

I want to be completely honest about what animals mean to me. To me, they are not “just pets”—they are family. I deeply respect them, understand their needs, and believe they deserve patience, kindness, and unconditional love. I know how important it is to trust someone with a member of your family, and I promise to care for your pet with the same love, responsibility, and dedication that I would give my own.

Every pet is unique, so I always follow their usual routine and your instructions to help them feel safe and comfortable. Whether your pet is playful, shy, energetic, senior, or a little anxious, I’ll adapt my approach to their personality and give them the time they need to feel comfortable with me.

My walks usually last between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on your dog’s age, energy level, health, and your preferences. During home visits, I’ll make sure your pet has fresh food and water, clean bowls or litter boxes if needed, plenty of playtime, affection, and companionship. If your pet requires medication and clear instructions are provided, I’ll be happy to help with that as well.

If you have more than one pet, I’ll make sure each one receives individual attention while also making sure they all feel comfortable together. I understand that every animal has different needs, and I always respect their routines and personalities.

Whether it’s going for walks, playing, keeping them company, feeding them, or simply making them feel safe and loved while you’re away, I’ll always do my very best to ensure they are happy, comfortable, and well cared for.

Communication is very important to me, so I’ll send regular updates, photos, and messages during every visit or stay, so you can relax knowing your pet is happy and in good hands. If an emergency or unexpected situation arises, I’ll contact you immediately, follow your instructions whenever possible, and always put your pet’s safety and well-being first.
