Hi, I’m Laura! I’m a 28-year-old Colombian chemical engineer doing my Master’s in Food Science in Stuttgart, and dogs have been part of my life since I can remember. I grew up around dogs on my family’s farm in Colombia and always felt at home with them, even when city living meant I couldn’t have my own. That changed once I became the honorary “tía” to my best friend’s two dogs, Selene and Malthea, whom I’ve cared for multiple times for weeks at a stretch whenever she and her husband travel to the US. I’ve also looked after my cousin’s puppy and a Bernese Mountain Dog, so I’m comfortable with everything from small breeds to gentle giants. 🐕🐩🦮🐕‍🦺

What I love most is the simple stuff: playing, long walks, and spoiling them with lots of attention. I offer walks, daycare, and drop-in visits. I live in a large shared house with 6 other people. We have a small, fully fenced front garden, perfect for supervised playtime, plus a bigger backyard that isn’t completely enclosed, and several parks nearby for longer walks. Your dog won’t be alone in an empty house, there’s always company around. I’m comfortable giving oral medication (hidden in food, works every time) if your pup needs it. During daycare, dogs are never left alone for more than an hour, and I’m happy to send updates and photos throughout the visit.

I’m currently doing my Master’s, so my availability shifts around classes and lab work,I only confirm dates I can fully commit to. All sizes and breeds are welcome; I treat every dog like it’s Selene or Malthea, with patience and a lot of walks and playtime.
