i have experience caring for pets with different temperaments, including shy, anxious, sensitive, high-energy, and more independent animals. i am especially patient with animals that need extra time to build trust or adjust to a new environment. i believe calm energy, consistency, and respect are extremely important when caring for pets, particularly those that may feel stressed when separated from their owners.

a typical day includes feeding according to your pet’s normal routine, fresh water, walks for dogs, enrichment activities, playtime, rest, and regular companionship throughout the day. dog walks are adjusted to the pet’s energy level and needs and usually range from 30 minutes to over an hour. (longer if the pet requires so) i focus on calm and positive walks where dogs can safely explore and enjoy their surroundings without unnecessary stress or overstimulation.

for cats, i create a quiet and low-pressure atmosphere where they can settle in at their own pace. i maintain feeding and litter routines carefully and offer interaction through toys and gentle companionship while respecting their personal space and comfort level.

small animals such as rabbits and guinea pigs are also cared for attentively, with clean enclosures, fresh food and water, and gentle handling based on their comfort and personality.

pets in my care are never left alone for long periods during boarding or house sitting. i make sure they receive regular supervision, attention, and interaction throughout the day so they feel secure and supported.

safety is one of my highest priorities. i carefully supervise pet interactions, maintain a calm environment, and avoid unsafe situations. in the case of an emergency or health concern, i would immediately contact the owner and seek veterinary assistance if needed. i always aim to respond calmly and responsibly in unexpected situations.

to make sure every pet receives enough attention and personalised care, i only take a limited number of pets at one time. this allows me to maintain a peaceful atmosphere and properly adapt to each animal’s individual routine and emotional needs.

even during busier days, i carefully organise my schedule so pets are never left feeling ignored or overwhelmed. feeding, walks, playtime, rest, and quiet time are all balanced based on the needs and energy levels of the animals in my care.
