Hi! We’re Sophia (27) and Simon (31), a couple who have been together for over 8 years and share a big love for animals. Currently living in Neukölln, we’d love to have a little more furry company in our everyday lives.

Having previously lived in places where animals were a bigger part of everyday life, we’ve always enjoyed having them around. From dogs and cats to all kinds of other animals, they’ve always been a part of our lives in one way or another. Simon also grew up with a dog.

Both of us work full-time during the week, but we also have the flexibility to work from home or take a pet with us to the office, depending on the situation. This means your pet wouldn’t need to spend long periods of time alone. If we do need to leave them alone, it would generally be for a maximum of around 2–3 hours.

Our neighbourhood is quiet and green, with lots of small parks nearby. Tempelhofer Feld is just around the corner, which is great for longer walks and some space to explore. Our usual walks are around 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the pet and their needs. After work, we also enjoy spending time outside, whether that’s going for a walk, cycling or simply exploring the neighbourhood.

The daily routine would depend a little on whether it’s a weekday or weekend. During the week, we’d plan around our work schedules while making sure the pet gets enough attention, walks and company. On weekends, we have more flexibility and can spend more time together outdoors.

Leaving your pet in someone else’s care requires trust, and we want them to feel comfortable and well looked after while you’re away. We’re happy to adapt to their routines and needs, whether they’re more active or prefer a quieter environment.

We can look after a maximum of two pets at the same time, so we can make sure each one gets enough attention and care.
