Patient, laid-back pet sitter who genuinely loves animals and taking care of them. I don't have professional pet care experience, but I've grown up around animals and I'm someone pets tend to warm up to quickly, whether it's my own or ones I'm meeting for the first time. I have 2 cats of my back home, so I'm very comfortable with feline personalities, and I've dog sat for a friend multiple times, so I'm familiar with small to medium dogs too.

With cats, I always respect their boundaries — if they want space, they get it, and if they want love, I'm happy to give plenty of it. I'm also very active, which works well for dogs: I love going on walks often, and I'm happy to take them to the park for a few hours if needed, or bring them along to a grooming session if that's part of the routine. If you're suddenly caught up with something and need someone to swing by on short notice for a walk, I can do that too. If it's okay with you, I'm also happy to bring your dog along if I have plans with friends — otherwise I'll keep them to whatever you're comfortable with.

A couple of practical notes: medication administration might not be possible depending on the animal and what's involved, so it's best we chat about that beforehand. Also, I can only do dog sitting at the owner's place, since my apartment isn't set up for it. Feel free to reach out and tell me about your pet — I'd love to meet them!
