Hi! My name is Mayca, I'm 23 years old, and animals have always been a very important part of my life.
I grew up in Spain, but it was when I moved to Ecuador that I discovered my passion for helping animals. Together with my parents, I have helped rescue more than 40 dogs, caring for them and helping them find loving homes.
We also adopted many of them ourselves, so I grew up surrounded by dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. Taking care of them taught me a lot about responsibility, patience, and commitment. Animals need much more than food and walks. They need attention, understanding, and someone who truly cares about their well-being.
What I love most is getting to know each animal's unique personality. I find it amazing how intelligent, loving, and emotionally aware they can be.
I would love to be a pet sitter because spending time with animals makes me feel at home. It would be a privilege to care for your pet, make them feel safe and comfortable, and give them the love and attention they deserve while you're away.
