Hello, my name is Victoria and I am 28 years old. I am from Montevideo, Uruguay, but I am living in Germany.

Since I was a child, I grew up surrounded by animals. Among horses, cows, dogs, cats, and birds. My grandmother has a large garden with many pets, and since I was a child, I have enjoyed their company. 

In my country of origin, I was a volunteer at a dog care home. The home's mission is to rescue animals in poor condition, who live on the street. Hungry, dirty, and some with injuries. And to give them a better quality of life. My help there was to bathe them, feed them, help clean, build new homes, and more.

It was a very hard but very nice experience. It is very sad to see how dogs and cats are admitted in very bad condition, but it is hopeful after a few months of care, they regain confidence in themselves and in humans as well. At home I have a 10-year-old dog Doris, I like to spend a lot of time with her and go for walks. She's a bit old so we're going slow.

I love going for walks with the dogs in the park, walking or running are my favorite activities. And in other situations I like to be quiet reading or watching TV with the comfort and silence of a cat.

I'm in Germany learning German, and my main language is Spanish although I speak English very well.
And I would like to be surrounded by good adventures and company in this experience around the country.
