Hey, I’m Tariq. I’m from the west of Ireland and always been a dog person. I grew up around dogs and had a collie when I was a kid, and I’ve basically been a dog guy ever since. Dogs have always been a normal part of my life, my family had farm dogs, and my uncle was a greyhound trainer, so being around dogs of all sizes, energy levels, and personalities comes naturally to me.

I currently live in the city centre, (near HBF) and while I’d absolutely love to have a furry friend of my own, I travel quite a bit for work during the week. Rather than unfairly taking on a full-time furry companion, who I couldn't properly spend time with, dog sitting and walking feels like a much better and fairer option for now. I genuinely love having dogs around me, it makes me happy, gets me outside more, and honestly just makes everyday life better.

I’m usually available on weekends, and Fridays are often flexible as well. I can work from home, or bring trained dogs to the office. My colleagues are very dog-friendly, and the office even has a great view over the Tiergarten for your little buddy to watch and get excited for walkies. I’m very comfortable walking larger dogs and I stay calm and confident when meeting other dogs out and about. I’m also more than happy to follow specific feeding routines, schedules, or rules, whatever your dog is used to.

I’m a pretty outdoorsy guy and love long walks, forests, and getting out of the city, especially places like the Grunewald. I’d love a four-legged buddy to join me on those adventures.
