Hi! I'm Sheila, an experienced and caring animal lover who has been surrounded by pets for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my family always had animals like guinea pigs, rabbits, turtles, cats, and dogs, so caring for them has always been a natural part of my life. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and love getting to know each of their unique personalities.
Over the years, I've looked after pets for friends, family, and clients, and while living in London I worked through Rover and other pet-sitting services, caring for dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. I've also completed longer-term house and pet sits of up to three months, giving pets consistency, companionship, and a calm routine while their owners were away.
I always make sure who ever I'm looking after feels safe, taking care of walks, playtime, feeding, administering basic care, or simply spending time together.
I pay close attention to their routines and individual needs so they feel comfortable and secure. If they are more energetic I make sure to take them out longer or have longer play times and of course if they need more rest, I make sure they are comfortable and have their space as needed.
I make sure they receive lots of attention, affection, and companionship.
I also know how reassuring it is to hear that your pet is happy while you're away, so I'm always happy to send regular photo and video updates, along with little messages to let you know how they're doing. Clear communication and reliability are very important to me, and I want you to feel completely at ease while your pet is in my care.
I'm patient, reliable, attentive, and understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your furry family member. I'm based in Berlin and would love to help care for your pet, whether you need regular walks, drop-in visits, overnight stays, or long-term pet sitting.
