Hi! I’m Leonardo, originally from Brazil and currently living in Berlin. I grew up surrounded by pets and have always had a deep love and respect for animals. I have my own dog, who is currently staying with my mother-in-law in Brazil, and I plan to bring him here soon.

As my dog is blind, I have personal experience caring for a special-needs dog and understand the importance of patience, routine and gentle handling. I am attentive, calm and respectful of each animal’s boundaries, allowing them to feel safe and comfortable at their own pace.

During walks, I ensure that every pet feels secure and happy. I adapt to different personalities — whether a dog is shy, energetic, or more independent — and adjust the pace, route and level of interaction accordingly. I also enjoy interactive play and enrichment during walks, which helps to stimulate them both physically and mentally.

For home visits, I follow a clear routine: feeding, fresh water, playtime, bathroom breaks, and companionship. I respect each pet’s comfort level and preferences, making sure they feel relaxed and safe while their owner is away.

Pet sitting and dog walking feel like a meaningful way for me to stay connected to animals while offering loving and reliable care. I speak Portuguese and English and always treat every pet as if it were my own.
