Hi, I’m Joy 👋

I’m originally from Taiwan and recently moved to Berlin.

I currently work in design, and in my free time I enjoy drawing, photography, and spending quiet time with animals. Being around pets has always been one of the most comforting parts of my life.

I grew up in a family with pets, so caring for animals has been part of my everyday life since I was young. We always had cats and dogs at home, and I was usually the one feeding them, cleaning up after them, playing with them, and paying attention to their moods and health. Growing up this way taught me that every pet has their own personality, habits, and emotional needs.

To me, pets are never “just animals” — they’re family members and companions. I understand how important it is to leave your pet with someone gentle, patient, and trustworthy when you’re away.

Over the years, I’ve helped care for cats, dogs, and small animals for friends and people around me. I also have experience with shy or sensitive pets, and I always try to let them get comfortable at their own pace without forcing interaction. Some pets love attention and playtime, while others just want calm company, and I’m happy to adapt to whatever makes them feel safe and relaxed.

When caring for pets, I focus not only on feeding and cleaning, but also on making sure they feel emotionally comfortable and cared for. I try to create a calm and loving environment so they can feel secure while their owner is away.

For dogs, I enjoy relaxed walks where they can explore safely and enjoy their surroundings. For cats, I pay close attention to their routines and personalities — whether they enjoy cuddles and playtime or simply prefer quiet company nearby.

My schedule is generally flexible, and I always do my best to give pets enough time, attention, and care. I truly enjoy being around animals, and I treat every pet as if they were my own.
