I'm Orla, a contemporary dancer with a deep love for animals.

I was born and raised in Argentina, where my family has a farm, so I grew up surrounded by animals my whole life. I have been especially close to cats since I was very young, and when I was 7 years old I adopted my first dog, Marri. He was incredibly loving with children but very fearful and defensive with adults because he had been mistreated as a puppy. Living with him taught me something very important: no matter their past, animals have huge hearts and respond with trust and gratitude when they feel safe and cared for.

Years later, my family and I rescued a cat who was in very poor condition and extremely scared of people. At the beginning it was difficult, but with patience and love she slowly became part of our lives. Over time we developed a very strong bond, we did everything together, even went camping. She is one of the main reasons why I feel such a special connection with cats today.

Although I love cats deeply, horses are my favourite animals, and I have my own horse in Argentina.

My motivation to be a pet sitter comes from this lifelong connection with animals. Caring for them has always been a natural part of my life, and I truly enjoy creating a calm and safe environment where they can feel comfortable and loved while their owners are away.

In addition to caring for my own pets, I have experience looking after animals for friends and family, as well as helping rescue and foster animals in need. I have cared for cats, dogs, rabbits, and horses, and I feel comfortable with different personalities, including shy or sensitive animals.

For me, living with animals has never been occasional, it has always been part of my daily life. I understand how important it is for pets to feel safe, respected, and relaxed, and I always try to create that sense of trust and stability for them.

I only accept vaccinated pets into my home, to ensure a safe and healthy environment for everyone.
