We live in a spacious house right at the edge of the forest, together with our two friendly dogs — a German Shepherd and a Golden Retriever. Both are social butterflies, playful troublemakers, and absolutely thrilled about every four‑legged visitor. Since we work from home, someone is always around, so no dog ever has to file a complaint about being left alone. Our garden has plenty of space for zoomies, and the daily forest walks are a highlight for everyone.

Our home runs entirely on solar energy — electricity, heating, cooling, the whole package. So if your dog stays with us, they’re not only sleeping comfortably but also saving the planet while snoring. You could say: “At our place, your dog sleeps CO₂‑neutral.”

A small note about our Shepherd, Odin: he’s a true gentleman and prefers lady guests. He’s friendly with male dogs too, but if someone shows up and tries to act like the “new sheriff” in the garden, Odin sometimes gives a look that clearly says: “My friend, I’m the boss of this lawn — but I’m open to negotiations.”  
Still, we’re always happy to do a meet‑and‑greet — in the end, chemistry decides, just like with humans.

To make sure everyone feels good, we always do a short introduction at our home before confirming a booking. And for safety reasons, we only take vaccinated dogs. Our two are already wagging their tails in anticipation of new playmates.
