"I couldn’t be more pleased with the dog walking services I received! Vivalda was fantastic—she was not only on time every single visit but also incredibly communicative, which gave me peace of mind knowing my dog was in good hands. I received updates, photos and videos during each visit. She’s clearly great with dogs and my pup absolutely loved her! I could tell she took the time to engage with her and make sure she was happy during their walks. On top of that, Vivalda was super flexible and accommodating with my schedule, which made everything so much easier. Overall, I’m really happy with the service and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and adaptable dog walker. For sure will book again :)"

All our usual cat sitters fell short for our almost 4 week long vacation. This was the first time we had a "stranger" take care of our two cats in our apartement. We could not be happier that we found Melanie. She is super reliable and easy to communicate with and you can feel her love for animals. Our cats do not like every person but immediately were comfortable with her. She made sure that all of our requests are taken care of.
Over almost four weeks she send us absolutely lovely written updates of every visit, accompanied by cute pictures and videos. During our entire vacation we did not worry about our cats one time.
Wholeheartedly can recommend Melany and will book her again for upcoming vacations.

"Ich habe diesen Service zum ersten Mal genutzt und alles ist hervorragend verlaufen. Zunächst hatten wir ein Kennenlernen, bei dem Lisardra sich alles genau notiert hat und mir anschließend die Informationen schriftlich über die App geschickt hat, damit ich alles überprüfen konnte.
Ihr Arbeitsansatz war mehr als verantwortungsvoll. Nach jedem Besuch bei meiner Katze habe ich eine Nachricht über die erledigten Aufgaben sowie einen Foto‑Report erhalten.
