Bin sehr froh, diesen Schritt gemacht zu haben...Rita ist einfach nur authentisch und genial...sie hat sich sehr gut um sie gekümmert und mich mit allen Infos und Bilder versorgt, so daß es für mich war, als wenn ich gar nicht im Urlaub bin...selbst Futter das ausgegangen ist hat sie selbstständig besorgt.

All our usual cat sitters fell short for our almost 4 week long vacation. This was the first time we had a "stranger" take care of our two cats in our apartement. We could not be happier that we found Melanie. She is super reliable and easy to communicate with and you can feel her love for animals. Our cats do not like every person but immediately were comfortable with her. She made sure that all of our requests are taken care of.
Over almost four weeks she send us absolutely lovely written updates of every visit, accompanied by cute pictures and videos. During our entire vacation we did not worry about our cats one time.
Wholeheartedly can recommend Melany and will book her again for upcoming vacations.

"I couldn’t be more pleased with the dog walking services I received! Vivalda was fantastic—she was not only on time every single visit but also incredibly communicative, which gave me peace of mind knowing my dog was in good hands. I received updates, photos and videos during each visit. She’s clearly great with dogs and my pup absolutely loved her! I could tell she took the time to engage with her and make sure she was happy during their walks. On top of that, Vivalda was super flexible and accommodating with my schedule, which made everything so much easier. Overall, I’m really happy with the service and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and adaptable dog walker. For sure will book again :)"

"Alles bestens! Daniela ist offensichtlich eine wahre Cat-Person - unser Streuner ist pünktlich zu jedem ihrer Besuche erschienen und hat sich verwöhnen lassen (normalerweise ist er immer beleidigt, wenn wir in Urlaub fahren, und kommt dann einfach gar nicht mehr zur Fütterung nach Hause). "Wir haben ziemlich kurzfristig eine Urlaubsbetreuung für unsere drei Hühner gesucht. Laura hat sich auf unsere Anfrage zügig zurückgemeldet und war sehr flexibel bei der Terminabsprache. Während unserer Abwesenheit hat sie unsere drei Damen zuverlässig wie abgesprochen versorgt. Wir haben auch täglich Fotos von den Tieren bekommen, das hat uns sehr gefreut.
