Hi! My name is Joel. I'm a graduate student at FU Berlin and come originally from Miami. I love animals and have spent time with them since I was a child. We had dogs growing up, and in Berlin I have a cat (who is dog-friendly) but have been missing some doggie time. Having a dog permanently is slightly too much responsibility at this point in my life, so I'm here mostly so I can spend some days with a dog! I have a large, three-room apartment by Rosa Luxemburg Platz and spend a lot of time outside. This is not my primary source of income and I don't want to stress too much about it, so I will never have more than one client at a time. 

We can discuss the particulars with your dog, but probably I won't accept any requests for dogs larger than about 20kg. I really enjoy spending time at my own apartment and I have domestic commitments here, so I can't stay over at yours, but I am very happy to take care of your dog here. Otherwise I am also open to walks, including longer walks through the forest or trips to the lake, for example, especially if you don't live too far away. When I'm with a dog, I typically go for at least a morning and an evening walk, though often more than that, and I like to take and send pictures of our day. Typically I won't leave the dog home alone unless something urgent comes up, but I try to plan around being with the dog all day. 

I can also take care of cats and with them I can be more flexible. My apartment is large enough where your cat and mine can have their separate space if they don't get along.
