Hi! My name is Lucas and I’m a calm, friendly and reliable pet lover who has grown up with animals all my life.

I’ve had pets since I was very young, starting with Russian hamsters. At one point I had up to eight and even built them a three floor cage myself, so caring for animals has always been something I genuinely enjoy. I also had a family dog for many years, Ron, who was a long time companionship.

At the moment, I regularly take care of cats for friends. Patri has three cats, Junior, Viriato and Gaspar. Miguel has two cats, Pepa and Hela. Blanca also has two cats, Giorgio and Lima. I am very comfortable with different personalities, from playful and curious to shy and independent.

I also help with dog care and spend time looking after my friend Marijn’s puppy, Sjev, so I’m familiar with the patience, attention and consistency that young dogs need.

At home I have a very low maintenance tarantula called Astrid. For safety reasons, this is why I do not offer dog sitting at my own place. At the moment, I don’t have the capacity to have a dog or cat full time myself, but that’s exactly why I really value the opportunity to enjoy the company of other people’s pets.

I am currently a data science bootcamp student and enjoy filling my free time in good company, spending time outside and earning a bit of extra support along the way. Pet sitting is something I truly enjoy and fits very naturally into my routine.

I always follow your pet’s routine closely and I’m happy to send photo updates during visits so you can feel relaxed while you’re away. I’m reliable, attentive and respectful, and I’m very happy to offer a free, no obligation meet and greet for new clients so we can get to know each other and make sure it feels like a good fit for everyone.
