Animals have always been a big part of my life. Back home in India, I have a 5-year-old Beagle who is truly a member of my family. Leaving him behind when I moved to Germany was tough, and I still miss him every day.

I didn't become a pet sitter just to fill my schedule; I genuinely miss the presence of animals, and spending time with dogs and cats makes me feel a little closer to home. When I think about my own dog, I know I would want him to be cared for with immense patience, genuine affection, and attentive companionship not just a quick bowl of food and a rushed walk. • Overnight Boarding (24-Hour Care in My Home): Your pet stays overnight in my quiet, cozy apartment. Includes personalized feeding, multiple daily walks, unstructured playtime, cozy sleeping arrangements, and 24/7 loving companionship so they never feel lonely overnight.
• Dog Walking (30 to 60 minutes): A brisk, engaging walk tailored to your dog's energy level. Includes fresh water refills, paw wiping when returning indoors, and plenty of sniffing time along green trails.
• Drop-in Visits for Cats & Dogs (30 or 60 minutes): Perfect for feeding, fresh water changes, litter box scooping/waste cleanup, administering basic routines, and providing engaging playtime or quiet lap companionship in your home.
• Daycare: Half-day or full-day care at my apartment during working hours, keeping your pet entertained, walked, and relaxed while you are busy.

Which Pets Suit My Setup

• Pets I Welcome:
• Dogs: Small to medium-sized dogs (up to ~20 kg) who are comfortable living in an apartment, house-trained, and friendly or peaceful.
• Cats: All indoor cats! I am very comfortable with both energetic, playful felines and gentle, shy kitties who just need a quiet space to feel secure.
• Pets That Aren't a Fit:
• Very large or giant dog breeds (due to apartment size).
• Dogs with severe separation anxiety or destructive behaviour when left alone for short periods.
• Dogs that bark excessively or continuously, out of respect for neighbours.

Practical Details & My Home Setup

• Home Environment: I live in a bright, clean, and spacious 48 m² 2.5-room apartment in Rodenkirchen, Cologne. It is situated in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood surrounded by green spaces. We are just a short walk from the Rhine River and a lovely local park—ideal for peaceful walks, fresh air, and overnight stays.
• Safety & Overnight Care: Only one client’s pet(s) will be hosted at a time, ensuring my full, undivided attention. Your pet is welcome to rest on comfortable dog beds or right near me in the living room/bedroom.
• Availability & Flexibility: I am currently learning German at the VHS, so my schedule is super flexible for daytime visits, walking, and overnight stays on both weekdays and weekends.
• Languages & Communication: I speak English fluently, my German is improving every day, and I always send regular photo and video updates so you have complete peace of mind while you are away.
