Hi! We are Eleni and Ruben.

+ We came from Paraguay 7 years ago with our 3 cats. It wasn't easy to bring them, but we did it because they are family, and you never leave your family behind.

+ That is our core belief: kitties & dogs (and all pets) ARE family. We know how important is your little furry one to you, and how worried you can be when you have to leave them for a couple of days or more. We know, we get it, we`ve been there, too.

+ We have had kitties and dogs our whole life. We also started professional pet sitting here in Berlin since 2021, walking dogs, visiting cats, rabbits, and chinchillas.

+ We both work from home (Eleni is a writer. Ruben is a web developer) so our time is flexible, and even more so in the mornings.

+ We offer Home Visits (30-40 minutes) in Pankow, Prenzlauer Berg, Weisensee, Mitte, Wedding. We can go to other districts, too, but we would like to know the location first before saying "yes". Feel free to contact us, and we can talk about it.

HOME VISITS

+ We have experience visiting cats, rabbits, and chinchillas. If you have another type of animal as a pet, just let us know. We can always learn to take care of a new pet ;)

+ We know how cats need extra care. So, before the service starts, we’d like to know everything about your kitties. Are they outdoors or indoor cats? Do they like strangers? Where should we look if they happen to hide from strangers so we can make sure they’re ok? Should we open the door slowly if we have a runner in the family? How do you feel about catnip? Will they understand if we speak Spanish to them? hehe. We can go to your place to feed them, play with them, clean their litter, and water your plants.

+ On medicine: We can also give them oral medicine if necessary. We usually mix the medicine with food or put it inside a treat. Since kitties only let their own humans put the pill directly into their mouths, we prefer not to do it this way for safety reasons (ours and the kitties‘ own). We don't give injections.

+ On pets visits: we usually do 1x visits between 10am and 1pm. When it comes to 2x visits, we try to make them within 6 hours of each other, with the first visit being between 9am and 12 pm, and the second between 3pm and 7pm. If your visit preferences are different, feel free to contact us so we can talk about it.

+ We´ll be sure to send you pics of your pet, so you always know where they are, and how they‘re doing.

Just to make sure we are on the same page: we don‘t do late night shifts. We work up to 7pm.
