Hi! My name is Hana. I've always loved animals of all kinds! I grew up with multiple pets and never had a house without them! When caring for pets during bookings, I follow the routine provided by the owner to ensure the pet feels comfortable and settled. Dogs receive regular walks, playtime, feeding, fresh water and plenty of attention throughout the day. Walk durations can vary depending on the dog’s age, breed and energy levels, but I am happy to provide multiple walks a day if needed. Cats receive feeding, litter tray cleaning, play sessions and companionship while respecting their individual personalities and boundaries.

Pets staying in my home are never left unsupervised. Although my house is fenced in the backyard, all outdoor time is supervised and dogs are kept on a lead or long line in the area where necessary. Their safety is always my top priority. Pets sleep indoors in a safe and comfortable environment, either in their own bed, in my room, crate or another arrangement preferred by the owner.

Having cared for multiple pets throughout my life, including dogs, cats, rodents, birds, fish and reptiles, I am comfortable managing more than one pet at a time while ensuring each animal receives individual attention, exercise and care. My experience working in a dog kennel for four years also taught me how to safely handle dogs with different temperaments and needs.

In the event of an emergency, I would contact the owner immediately and seek veterinary care if required. I remain attentive to changes in behaviour, appetite or health and always act quickly if I have concerns. My goal is to provide a safe, loving and stress-free environment where pets feel comfortable and cared for while their owners are away.

Note: Please be aware that I currently have 3 cats and a dog at my home so if you know your dog would not settle well with cats or other dogs, unfortunately I cannot take care of them at my home. I have an elderly sick cat she's used to only calm dogs, so I must have her as my top priority to reduce her stress. Thanks!
